Nasushiobara, Tochigi, Japan｜Cucina Italiana VINCI

Well, I was advised not to try Italian food in Japan. They were very wrong. I’ve never been to Italy but the dinner meal was exceptional. We have a lot of farm to table restaurants where I am from (Victoria BC Canada) and this place was a treat. Everything tasted fresh, was prepared with care, and was beautifully presented. It must have been a 5 course meal. At an bargain price. I’ll be back for sure.
