I had tsukemen (soy sauce) and gyoza. The owner says the amount of noodles is 200g, is that okay? I was glad that he asked me so politely. It was very delicious, with a well-balanced dipping sauce, noodles with a nice texture, colorful presentation, and a large piece of chashu. The skin of the gyoza was crispy and it felt like fried gyoza, and when I bit into it, the meat juice came out and it was also delicious. The sauce for the gyoza is made by the restaurant. Personally, I like vinegar and pepper sauce for gyoza, so I tried eating it with dipping sauce and it went well with it and was very delicious. This is a store I would like to visit again.
