More Comments at Google MapI tried their とりそば 赤 (Chicken broth, Red) along with a plate of gyoza. The broth is very clean and it’s a perfect bowl of ramen if you are not into heavy oily type of ramen. The presentation is also fantastic as well as their customer service by the female staffs!
First shop. It's a small shop, but it has a nice atmosphere. "There is an atmosphere of femininity here and there." The ramen has a nice soup, and the noodles are firm enough. (Soy sauce ramen with a soft-boiled egg) 800 yen including tax. 3 women, please do your best in the heat. "I will go again when I pass by."
The parking lot is located in an empty space on the premises, and can accommodate about 10 cars. It seems like you can park a medium-sized truck there if it's empty. When you enter the store, there is a ticket machine in front of the entrance, but the menu is so extensive that it can be confusing. If possible, it's best to check the menu online before visiting. This time, I chose the chicken paitan, which I thought was the main dish. You will be shown your seat and given your meal ticket. I will also give you the ticket for the replacement ball first. It can seat about 15 people at tables and tatami rooms. Salaryman lunches are also available for families. The rice bowl was served in about 8 minutes after being seated. I waited a while. first. The soup is usually mild chicken broth. Standard density. The noodles are straight and thin, and the boiling is just right. The chicken char siu is a little thick, soft, and has no flavor. Up to this point, I would have given it a ☆3 or ☆4. Slightly browned cherry tomatoes. This is perfect as an ingredient for chicken paitan soup! This was done! ! Thick and rich soup with occasional sourness. Next, purple onions and long green onions cut into thin strips. Mitsuba wrapped in a circle. Slightly browned young corn. All of them go very well with the soup, so I give them a 5 star rating. The accompanying pickled white turnips were also nice. just. The bowl is difficult to eat. It has a good taste, but I would like to see how it is usable as well. Revisit in September 2023 The pickled white turnips were changed to cold tofu. Maybe it depends on the season?
