I tried their とりそば 赤 (Chicken broth, Red) along with a plate of gyoza. The broth is very clean and it’s a perfect bowl of ramen if you are not into heavy oily type of ramen. The presentation is also fantastic as well as their customer service by the female staffs!

All of them go very well with the soup, so I give them a 5 star rating. The accompanying pickled white turnips were also nice. just. The bowl is difficult to eat. It has a good taste, but I would like to see how it is usable as well. Revisit in September 2023 The pickled white turnips were changed to cold tofu. Maybe it depends on the season?
