The soba here is fresh and al-dente, slightly thick with a bite. Personally I detest when soba is too soft or has no bite, and so this is the kind of place I love. 1900+tax (2090) for soba and tempura (2 king prawn, small bit of white fish, green pepper, sweet potato slice). 700+tax for a 500ml bottle of Yebisu. There's an indoor area on the side for dogs too.

It's changed a lot from before Corona, but it's still a delicious Nasu restaurant. Order is a tablet, tea etc. will be self. Pet dogs are allowed. For meals, the soba noodles that go down your throat and the tempura in the saku-cloth are delicate and you can feel the commitment. This commitment is especially apparent in the seafood, and if nothing has changed, the ingredients are procured from Toyosu on the same day. The point that it is a little expensive is that it can not be helped if it becomes more seafood in Nasu. Rather, I would appreciate it if you think about the freshness.
