In addition to soba, there were other dessert-like items. You can watch the soba being made. This soba is chewier than it looks. The soba soup doesn't have a very strong flavor, but you can slurp it up. On this day, the vegetable tempura was fried green peppers, potatoes, onions, and carrots. There are also warm soba noodles with one kakiage on top. The tempura was crispy. The pickled Chinese cabbage and cucumber were also delicious. Homemade pickles are a big plus. There is a large water wheel spinning outside the window.

You can eat delicious handmade soba noodles that you wouldn't expect to find at a roadside station. Moreover, it's reasonable. There are regular soba and waterwheel soba. Mizuguruma Soba looks like buckwheat flour ground in the stone mill of the large water mill located at the facility. If you go down towards the riverbed, you can see the waterwheel.
