Nasu, Tochigi, Japan｜Shinsen

A soba restaurant just off the Nasu Interchange. I ordered additional soba noodles and cooked rice. Zaru soba was a delicious soba with a chewy soba. The soba soup is a little thick, but it has a good taste of soba. The takikomi gohan (rice cooked with rice) has a rustic rustic feel to it, and it goes perfectly with the zaru soba. I couldn't quite get the timing right at the soba restaurant I've always wanted to visit. The interior is neat and clean, and the soba noodles are delicious, so I would like to visit regularly in the future.

The soba noodles were so delicious! The customer service was great and the store was lovely. Not to mention soba noodles, Smoked duck 680yen boiled yuba 680 yen Both are delicious! The scent of smoked flowers and the juiciness of the duck. Boiled yuba is a dashi soup that stains until the very end of the inside. Anyway, it was very delicious.

I got tempura and tempura soba. You can see the master's careful work from the green onions, trefoil and sudachi skin. I was able to spend a really wonderful time with a wonderful sense of the equipment and the interior of the store. The entrance and garden were also beautiful. I would like to ask you again.
