Genuine family business with the best everything

I stopped by on my way back from climbing Nasu. I was informed that it would take about 30 minutes to make the soba noodles, but the staff at the restaurant were very responsive and not only didn't bother me at all, they were very attentive. The freshly made soba noodles are chewy and the tempura is freshly fried and crispy and delicious. I'd like to stop by again when I'm in the area.

I had the seasonal cold kabosu soba. The chewy, hand-made soba noodles are fragrant, and the soup with kabosu is refreshing. It was so good that I had to drink it. It was very delicious. The soba soup was also delicious. The staff at the store are also kind and courteous.
