The thickly sliced ​​meat is full of volume and the rich sauce is irresistible. I guess they cook it slowly and at a slightly lower temperature so it doesn't get hard. As expected from a butcher shop. Next time I'll have horse sashimi. The interior of the store also has an old-fashioned atmosphere, giving the elderly a nostalgic feel.
