More Comments at Google MapGenghis Khan's iron plate is flat. The price is not cheap. I ordered a set, but I wanted the rice and miso soup not to be served first because they would get cold while cooking.
Since I was traveling to Nasu Kogen, I searched the internet to have lunch at a ranch. The first thing displayed was "Minamigaoka Ranch" here. When I looked it up, I was able to confirm that there are various things such as "Shoya" for hamburger steak, "Sanga" for Genghis Khan, "Tsumuji Cafe" for hot dogs, and "Milk Chaya" for soft serve ice cream. My rule of thumb for lunch on the first day of the trip is to eat locally and deliciously. Dinner on the first day tends to be a hotel buffet, so stick to local food for lunch. Lunch on the second day is likely to be junk food in the amusement park, so don't make it junk. Soba noodles should be left for dinner when you are tired when you come home. And it was Genghis Khan's "Sanga" that I visited for lunch. It wasn't written on the homepage, but there are plenty of beef teppanyaki sets that are okay for my wife who doesn't like lamb ── There was a set of "Triangle Bara" and a set of "Misuji". I ordered to taste the triangular rose of the finest short ribs and the phantom rare part of Misuji. For a 6-year-old child, I ordered the "Children's Plate", which is a set of pork belly and sausages. The vegetables in the set were cabbage, shishito, and onions, which were not flashy, and I was worried about eating them self-service, but they were all excellent. Eating out in the open increased the taste even more by 10%. After that, I would like to write a review to the Minamigaoka ranch about the experience in the field.
The lamb and sausage are both delicious.
