Today is Nasu Berg Kichibei along Nasu Kaido. Often not open I happened to see a sign saying it was open so I went in. It was after 1pm, but I was the only customer, probably because I was the first one. A hamburger, sukiyaki, and beef stew specialty store along the Nasu Highway. There is a set meal for each, but I chose this because the "Yokubari Kichibei set", which is a combination of hamburger and beef stew, caught my eye. There are 3 levels for this gozen depending on the amount, and if you change to a Wagyu beef hamburger, it will be an additional 500 yen. This time, I changed the regular size 170g to a Japanese beef hamburger. The set meal included the main dish, 2 side dishes, rice, miso soup, and bread. First of all, the main Japanese beef hamburger and beef stew feel like a hamburger in beef stew, and the hamburger is full of gravy! The beef stew's demi-sauce was impressive with its thumping deliciousness, richness and depth of flavor. I put a hot spring egg from Nasu Oyo on the hamburger steak, and I was able to enjoy the taste change with the egg that melted into the hamburger steak. Today's small bowl yuba tofu is also delicious! It was a lunch full of deliciousness while being unique with a set meal that blended Japanese and Western styles. The shop is small and has few seats, so it would be better to visit at different times.

It was close to closing time, but I was lucky to be able to eat the last-minute hamburg steak. Thank you for taking care of my children. The burger was juicy and delicious. Personally, I also liked the combination of miso soup and yuba tofu. Next time I will try the beef stew.
