It's time, so if you don't mind until then, please take a seat in the back." I was very happy. The inside of the store did not have the atmosphere of a soba restaurant, and it was very fashionable. There are plenty of sake. The proprietress who brought the food was also pretty and snappy. Soba noodles were moist even at 100%. The tableware was beautiful, and I felt that the chopsticks and seaweed were carefully selected. The scallop tempura was also delicious. I often go to Nasu, so I want to go again!

The almond tofu served during the service was so delicious that I think it would be a good idea to make it a regular menu😊✨ The inside of the restaurant has a calm atmosphere, and if you want to eat slowly and in a calm atmosphere, this might be the place for you! ^^ As you can see in the photo, they are particular about everything from hand towels to chopsticks and tableware. At first glance, it doesn't look like a soba restaurant. However, the atmosphere and taste are outstanding! I entered the store before 12:00 on weekdays and ordered grated yam soba. The 100% buckwheat noodles and wild yam grated yam were very fragrant and delicious. My husband had a set with Hokkai-don (Tashika...), and this bowl was also delicious and almost eaten by children. I was even happier with the herbal tea and pudding served by the owner ^⁠_⁠^ Chopsticks are also discerning chopsticks. He also gave me a map showing all the shops in the Nasu area!! We had lunch here on the day we left, but I think it was very helpful if it was the first day ☆ Although it is a table seat, there is also a chair for children and the shop has a clean feeling.
