Even at Yatabe-style restaurants, there are cases where chicken bones are not served unless you ask for them, but here at Sohonzan, they are served cold when you take your order. I looked forward to eating this chicken stock while waiting for my ramen to be served. The handmade noodles are super soft to the touch and taste amazing! The crisp chicken soup has just the right amount of saltiness to bring out the sweetness of the noodles. It's also nice to have pickled vegetables as a side.

Came here for the first time with my family😀. Write your name on the waiting list at the entrance. I think it was close to 11:30 am on Sunday when I got there, but after a while there was already a "Finished for today" sign. It is a popular ramen shop😃. I was lucky enough to eat 😭. There are table seats and raised seats in the store, so everyone from children to the elderly can eat in peace. This time I ordered a hand-made Chinese large serving. Before the ramen came, chicken bones came out as a service, but this was also delicious 😀. Both the soup and noodles of the ramen were delicious. The restaurant is located in a place with a very nice view, and I would like to come back to eat again🙋.

It's often sold out, so if you're going to eat, it's a good idea to get there early and enjoy a leisurely sightseeing around Shirakawa no Seki. (I think Shirakawa no Seki is a place where you can feel nature.)
