A long-established Western restaurant and ramen restaurant in Ibara The ramen passed down from generation to generation is Hokkaido ramen. The miso ramen made by the taciturn current owner is exquisite. Especially the tonkatsu ramen is the best!

I think the curry flavor is too mild and doesn't go well with the tonkatsu. If I were to eat it with cutlet curry, I would want more spiciness. The quality of the pork cutlet and the way it is fried are quite good. Curry is better when eaten separately, and tonkatsu is better when eaten separately.

The slightly dark miso ramen was delicious! 900 yen in the countryside, I heard it was a bullish price setting, but the salt concentration is perfect for the heat wave 😁 Thank you for the meal!
