More Comments at Google MapA soba restaurant located a few minutes walk from the roadside station Sanyodo Yakage-juku. Toritenzaru soba is crispy with freshly fried chicken tempura and perilla leaves. The zaru soba is so delicious that you can eat it easily. Apparently they use buckwheat flour from Hokkaido. All menu items are reasonably priced. The customer base seems to be half regulars and half tourists.
Recently, I've been coming to Yakage every week, and this is the first time I've been here, Sazen-san. There is a ramp for wheelchair access ^ ^ I ordered kitsune soba (cold) and tempura bowl. The buckwheat noodles were neither hard nor soft, and had a very good balance. The soup, although bland, clung to the soba well and didn't make my throat hurt even after I drank it all the way through. Next is the tempura bowl. The tempura was crispy and everything was delicious. The rice was just the right firmness. I say it so many times, but balance! Is good I want you to keep this taste forever ^ ^ I will stop by again! It was so delicious! ! By the way, there is a disabled toilet next to Sazen-san.
Pretty good. I felt that there were few soba restaurants in Okayama, but the taste stands out. The soup stock and noodles are almost perfect, I recommend it.
