2023.10.7 It's been a while since I wanted to eat ramen, so I decided to go for the ramen set meal just like I did 4 years ago. As a basic rule, we ask for soy sauce ramen, but you can also order other ramen as a set meal for an additional charge. The fried chicken that comes with it is also really delicious. 2019 It's one of the shops in Yakage that I'm curious about, so let's stop by today after finishing some errands in the area. It's on the menu board at the front, but I really want to try the ramen. If you order the set meal, it will come with rice and fried chicken for an additional 200 yen, so I decided to order that. There is a photo of Ryota Murata on display. It seems that the owner has become acquainted with him. (^^) After a while, the set meal was served, and the bright colors looked like food samples of a ramen set meal. The soup is light, but you can taste the chicken soy sauce. Rather, it has a flavor that melts in your nose, like eating at a yakitori restaurant. The noodles are smooth and feel like ramen made by a caterer. What I’m curious about is the chilled Chinese noodles! The three customers who came later all got large portions of the hiyashi chuka soba. When I glanced at it, I realized that it wasn't hiyashi chuka, but cold Chinese noodles with plenty of soup! I would love to try it this summer. ^^;

I visited Machidori in Yakage-cho with my friend! ! I had the grilled pork ramen, and my friend had the spicy hormone ramen! ! The soup is fragrant and easy to eat, but it feels like it has a proper richness. Are the noodles thin noodles? It's just the right amount of boiling! Char siu is also very delicious! ! The miso cutlet ramen is also limited, so I'll have that next time! Thank you for the meal!
