More Comments at Google MapI went to "Yumemi-an". This is also a restaurant introduced by Bananaman's Gourmet. I ordered two of the famous kakuni soba noodles for 1000 yen. It has a different taste from meat soba, and the thick boiled kakuni is excellent. Here in soba, rather than just tasting the noodles, I think it's best to slurp the noodles together with the soup and puha. The soup, in which the umami of the kakuni melts, and the soba noodles are harmoniously integrated to create a rustic taste. The amount of soba noodles is quite large, and it may be the best soba restaurant I've been to recently. It's just past noon when it's crowded. Nearly 30 seats are full. Although it was a few people, there were people lined up outside the store. It's a restaurant in the mountains, but I thought people would gather if it was delicious.
Zaru Kakuni Soba (large serving) Kakuni Soba (comes with 2 kakuni, large serving) The kakuni soba is bigger than it looks in the photo, and it's melty and delicious.
This shop is located just to the left of the entrance to Medieval Yumegahara. The parking lot is large. It's located in the mountains, but when we arrived in the afternoon, there were several groups waiting. When I ordered Kakuni Soba, it was brought to me right away. The braised pork belly was large, jiggly and delicious.
