More Comments at Google MapI think the soba noodles here are really delicious. The noodles are chewy and the broth has a nice soup. Also, the collaboration between the garden view from the old house and the soba noodles is the best. The screw-type bonbon clock from the early Showa era still remains.
I had chicken soba and tsukune. It's a shop run by a husband and wife, so it takes a little time to order, but I think it's good to spend a relaxing Satoyama time (Let's have time and mental space 😉) It was a hot and humid day just before the end of the rainy season, but there was a cool breeze from the woodland without an air conditioner, and it was a luxury to spend time listening only to the sounds of nature. The buckwheat noodles are firm, but they are not too chewy (?) and are easy to eat. A large serving of +200 yen is just right. The dipping sauce is thick Meatballs are salt only. However, the meat is packed with umami, but just like soba, it doesn't have an extra (?) crunchy texture and is quite delicious. Please go and spend a relaxing Satoyama time!
It was delicious✨I've wanted to go there for a long time. If you don't enter after the opening time of 11:30, it will be full and the soba set will be gone. The number of customers is increasing as it is introduced on TV. When the soba runs out, it will be sold out. Today, around 12:00, it was sold out. It's better to go early ☺️ Sobayu was also served. 4 tables (4 people) x 4, 1 long table (with shared seating) can seat about 6 people. We had 15 customers.
