More Comments at Google MapWhen you go to the Okayama prefectural office for work, please go to Kasaoka and try Kasaoka ramen! This was my first time hearing about Kasaoka Ramen, and since it was a place I knew nothing about, I went there with the help of Google Maps. As per previous reviews, it was genuine Kasaoka ramen made by a kind couple. I ordered thin noodles, chicken chashu, shredded green onions, menma, and a boiled egg as toppings. You can take the boiled eggs yourself from the counter, crack the shell, and eat them as is. You can ride it. I thought the soup would be greasy, but this was surprisingly refreshing. It's okay to drink till the end 👌 I would like to go again when I come to Kasaoka. The road in front of the store is narrow, so please drive safely. There are about 3 parking spaces in front of the store.
Kasaoka Ramen Dai and rice. The ramen is a simple chicken broth, but the flavor is amazing. The chicken chashu is also very flavorful and delicious. When I ordered rice, I was lucky that it had chicken char siu on it.
It had been closed for a while, but when I heard it was open, I went right away. Hooray! It was open! A large portion. It was delicious for the first time in a while. Salt ramen has been added to the menu, and rumor has it that it will only be open this August, so I won't be able to come back anymore💦It would be difficult for just one chef to serve it...but it was delicious!
