I went for dinner for the first time. I've known that it's been around for a long time, but I've never been inside because you can't see it from the outside and it looks like it's kind of difficult to enter. On Saturday, it's the first customer in the evening. This is a counter only store. Ordered the tempura set meal. The counter surrounds the kitchen, so you can see everything the chef is doing, so it's fun while you wait. It's clean and well done. Cooking begins by adding a can of oil to the pot. Since the tempura was cooked by one person, it took some time to make it, but I was surprised at how delicious the freshly made piping hot tempura was. Since the oil is new, there is no oil smell. The clothing is thin. The chef quickly puts the freshly fried food on your plate. I didn't count how many items there were in total, but I think the general made three round trips. Lots of tempura items. The piping hot red soup stock that the hostess served us during the meal was also delicious. It's exquisite. I wanted a second helping. The tamagoyaki that another customer ordered looked really delicious, so I ordered more. The tamagoyaki, which starts with breaking 5 eggs, is piping hot and fluffy. The grated daikon radish on the omelette is also delicious. It's a good idea to ask for more. The conger eel looked delicious, but I was full, so I'm looking forward to the next time.

Unaju 4,400 yen It was delicious. Even without a reservation, they took them out of the fish tank and processed them on the spot. The bone rice crackers and liver were also delicious.

Second visit ✨😌 I got a sashimi set meal✨❣️ Sea bream, Spanish mackerel, scallop, shimaji, spearfish Everything was fresh and crunchy😌 Not only was the sashimi delicious, but the rice 🍚 was freshly cooked ❓❗️🫢 so shiny and plump and delicious😋 Of course I got another one ✌️ (refill ok) I would like to try dishes other than set meals next time 😊✨
