Ibara, Okayama, Japan｜Teuchi Soba Aozora

I ordered tempura soba and Chinese soba. Of course, the soba noodles and soup stock were delicious, but I was surprised that the shrimp tempura came out so freshly fried that it made a noise in the soup stock. It's nice to have a relaxing lunch while looking out at Kiraku Bettei's garden, but it's also nice to be able to eat soba and Chinese noodles more easily.

I'm not a ramen connoisseur myself, so I think it probably has its roots in Onomichi ramen. However, it was by far the most delicious Onomichi ramen I've eaten. This is a shop I definitely want to visit again if I'm in the area.

Soba is delicious. Grilled pork bowl? It's also delicious. It was a bit disappointing that the water was lukewarm because it was hot...
