Kasaoka, Okayama, Japan｜Eiseimaru

An old but clean restaurant that serves delicious food and drinks using local ingredients. Although it doesn't seem to be on the menu, the Kasaoka ramen 🍜 served here is an exquisite ramen that only those in the know know locally! The soup is rich in umami flavor, and I think it also has a little bit of ginger (if not, 🙏), so it has a refreshing taste that you can drink the entire soup. The owner and the landlady are both very nice and I love this shop. Kasaoka Ramen can be taken out for 750 yen (I believe).

Anyway, the fish are delicious! We have delicious Japanese sake. The ramen I got at the end was also the best!
