Before entering the store, it says only soba noodles, but I decided to wait with my name. When I ordered tempura soba, I was told that there was no tempura. It was around 11:30, and by the time I got there, the soba noodles had almost run out. I don't know if it's a popular store, but the soba was 100% soba and it was quite delicious.

I used it for lunch on a weekday. I ordered warm 100 percent soba noodles. The soup stock was elegant, light, and delicious. Juwari soba also had a good flavor. The maitake mushroom tempura was also delicious and rich in flavor. Parking was free for 1 hour.

This is a restaurant that offers 100% soba noodles. The shop is adjacent to the site of the Takahashi City Tourist Parking Lot (charged), and although it looks small from the outside, the inside of the shop is quite spacious, and there are small rises and table seats, so it is possible to accommodate a large number of people. Thanks to the fact that I visited when the store opened at 11:00 on weekdays, there were no customers other than me and I was able to enjoy my meal in a relaxed manner. I ordered tempura and the soba noodles that were brought in about 10 minutes were usually full, but there was enough soba noodles. Despite the difficult powder distribution of 100%, the soba was firm and chewy. The soba soup was not too sweet, and the strong soba soup with a sharp soy sauce was very satisfying with a Kanto-like taste. The tempura was freshly fried, not too heavy, and it was just right to eat with soba. Since I was the first customer, I was told that the soba-yu might be thin, but it was enough soba-yu. It is very convenient to use paypay for payment. When I was paying, I said to the lady, "Even though it's 100%, the buckwheat noodles are solid." It is a store that you will definitely want to visit again. it's recommended!
