Takahashi, Okayama, Japan｜Hakubi

First visit (around January 2020) I ordered the all-you-can-drink course for 2,500 yen. It was a stay where I lost track of time as I was so excited about the menu, such as fresh sashimi, chorizo, and wild game dishes (deer spare ribs, wild boar curry), that I couldn't even imagine for the price, as well as stories about interacting with German friends. I would like to visit again the next time I visit Takahashi. Second visit (March 2023) I was able to visit again. The all-you-can-drink course was 2,980 yen, and I was very satisfied this time as well. By the way, there were 8 dishes instead of 7.

Since I came all the way to Takahashi, which is located on the mountain side of Okayama, I asked here if I wanted to eat gibier cuisine. The dish using boar meat was very fresh and well prepared, and it was delicious without any odor. The owner is also friendly and talks to you so you can relax without worrying. Recommended.

It was half entrusted rather than ordering mainly gibier. ① Salt-grilled sweetfish full of fresh milt ②Deer sashimi ③ Seared wild boar fillet, grilled spare rib loin ④ Matsutake mushroom sushi and rice balls others. . . ⑤ Local sake has progressed. . I don't think there are many shops where you can enjoy all at once.
