More Comments at Google MapSoy sauce flavored ramen ¥950-1 tamamori (120g) He apparently trained at a long-established Tenjin soba restaurant in Okayama, and when I arrived around 2:00 pm, there were about 10 people in line and I waited outside for about 30 minutes. (It's too hot even though it's September ↓ lol) As expected, it's a popular store! The soup had a strong soy sauce flavor and plenty of chicken oil and was piping hot until the end. Fuji Menzu Kobo's noodles are also delicious and go well with the soup. The char siu was also my favorite. The shop only has 7 seats at the counter, but the rotation was good, and the owner and the shop had a nice atmosphere. Thank you for the meal.
I visited for the first time after hearing from a customer that it had been a while since the store opened and that it had calmed down recently. The good-looking general is relatively young and has a neat uniform. I visited the store at 13:00 at a different time, and there were 3 customers who were already eating. Soy sauce and salt ramen was ready in 5 minutes after sitting down. The salt I ordered was very light, and the scent of the lemon that was shaved at the end was refreshing. When I change the bowl with my wife and eat soy sauce, it's thick! A very rich soy sauce soup spread in my mouth. Dark horse? Too dark? I think it's an exquisite balance, but it was very delicious. Is the parking lot one street west of the store? Street... Go straight after crossing the railroad crossing and it's on the right side for 30m. There are only 7 people at the counter, but the rotation of the ramen shop is good, so I'd like to wait for a while to eat it in autumn.
Chinese noodles, chashu topping This is one of the top two restaurants I've eaten at since moving to Kurashiki. There are some tight lines and slow turnover due to the wide customer base, but it's not the restaurant's fault, and it's a restaurant you'll still want to go to even if you take those into account. You can clearly see that they are loved by other customers. He is said to have trained at Tenjin Soba in Okayama, and has developed a menu that keeps in mind current trends and offers a variety of menu items. There are quite a few orders for things other than Chinese noodles, and I feel that the quality of the food is high. The Chinese noodles I ordered had a deep flavor from the chicken, and the noodles were crisp and delicious. The ingredients are delicious and there are no holes. The depth of the soup from the first bite left a strong impression on me. Next time, I would like to try salt at a time when it seems to be free.
