Entered the store after 11:00 on Fridays on weekdays. The parking lot is in front of the store. Ordered the pepper curry udon. When ordering, I was asked if I wanted the eggs boiled or raw, so I chose raw eggs. There is dessert at the end. The rice bowl was ready in about 5 minutes, and I topped it with garlic chips and ate about half of it without adding the raw egg. The Japanese pepper wasn't as harsh as I expected, it had a nice flavor and was easy to eat. The second bite is even more delicious than the first. Thin udon is also good feeling. I also enjoyed the taste change by adding raw eggs. It came with rice, so I was able to enjoy it till the end. Yuzu sorbet for dessert? kana. It's like Japanese pepper sherbet.
I had the fried vegetable sansho curry udon. The Japanese pepper is quite effective, and if you like Hiroshima's soupless dandan noodles, I think you'll like it. It is recommended to use raw eggs for the garnish. The large, dark-colored egg yolk can be eaten as it is, but when the sansho pepper numbs your tongue, you can mix it into the curry and eat it deliciously. You can enjoy the sansho curry until the end with chai rice, and the dessert will refresh your palate. Although it is udon, the meal progresses like a set meal with a story, and I think you will be satisfied with the price.
