Soja, Okayama, Japan｜Soja Ramen

It's lighter than it looks, and the vegetables have a good texture. The spiciness is just right, just enough to warm my body (I get a lot of sweat on my face when it's spicy). Curly noodles too ◎ On the way, it was exquisite when it was entwined with a soft-boiled egg. A mysterious ramen that becomes more delicious as you eat from the first bite! When I was listening to the order, it was only bean sprout ramen, but this is a recommended cup.

I had "Stamina soy sauce ramen (960 yen)". Plenty of bean sprouts and chives, pork belly with sprouts of garlic, and 5 cloves of garlic. The soup looks lighter than it looks with oil floating on it, but it has a rich flavor and the fat from the meat adds to the umami. The bean sprouts and noodles are crunchy and refreshing. "The filling is perfect!" ! It's rare to have a soft boiled egg on top. You can also change it to a flavored egg. It's a ramen shop that I want to eat variously. Thank you for the meal.
