Asakuchi, Okayama, Japan｜Tsuchiya Shokudō

Whenever I visit the Konkokyo Headquarters Hirosaki for a moon visit, I always eat at Tsuchiya Shokudo. My favorites are fried rice, stir-fried vegetables, and champon. All of them are delicious and are among the top ten of my life. In particular, the deep flavor of the stir-fried vegetables is a masterpiece full of umami that you'll want to keep in your mouth for a long time. I always order individual items instead of set meals and enjoy the collaboration between fried rice and champon. Of course, there are many other menu items as well, and all of them are delicious.

There was no parking lot, so I parked at a nearby free parking lot and walked. This is a system where you first decide on a menu and then pay. The famous katsudon was delicious😊

I've wanted to go there for a while because it's the filming location for Tonbi. I had the famous Shining Katsudon. It was delicious
