When I come to Kurashiki, I almost always use this Ebi Meshiya. There is a shoe store on the same premises, and Ebi Meshiya is located in the back of the premises, so people who come here for the first time may not notice that Ebi Meshiya is here. On the other hand, if you come here aiming for a shoe store, you will definitely get there. The parking lot is shared with a shoe store and is quite spacious, but depending on the time of day it can be almost full, and some cars may be waiting for a space. When I come here, I always eat ``Omu Shrimp Meshi.'' The shrimp rice alone is delicious enough, but the fact that it's topped with a melted egg and demi-glace sauce can only be described as a luxurious dish. There are other plates that come with fried chicken or fried shrimp, but personally, just the omelette shrimp meal is enough. Fortunately, on the day I visited, I was able to get there just as the first customers were leaving after the store opened, so there was no wait, but while I was eating, it was already time for lunch, and there were a lot of seats near the entrance. There was a customer waiting for a space. Although the location is difficult to find, there are many customers who use it, so we recommend that you arrive with plenty of time to spare.
