I liked it when I saw the picture, so I visited before noon on a weekday. Five groups of customers arrived in less than 10 minutes after ordering. The other day, I found it when I visited Soja on demand. So, a few days later, on my day off, I headed out for about an hour each way. It is an old-fashioned Chinese soba restaurant. I ordered the classic soy sauce ramen (750 yen). 2 pieces of grilled pork, 3 slices of thick bamboo shoots, green onions and bean sprouts. Bean sprouts are happy. Bean sprouts have become less popular recently. But it's a good amount. I wonder if it can be topped... ❓ The noodles are delicious without complaint ❗️ The scent and texture of flour, this is real Chinese soba. Niimi Ramen 🍜 I met delicious noodles since "Ibuki". The soup is soy sauce pork bone rather than soy sauce, but it was delicious.

Business resumed. I can't say much because I wasn't able to hear the story, but a different person is doing it. The inside of the store is also beautiful. It was open when I passed by on April 23rd, so I went there today on the 25th. There are irregular holidays and business hours are short. The menu is only ramen. It tasted like the ``Tonpei Ramen'' I remember. Wouldn't it be funny if the store name was the same but the taste was different? I'm glad it seems like it's back for now.
