Beautiful taste ever have had in japan!!

My first visit for Japanese food was right around noon, so the tables were filled with groups, but I was shown to a private room. A tub? Inside, there's sashimi, simmered rice, halfbeak pickled in Nanban, and then this is called Hassun? and grilled salmon, followed by tempura, and steamed egg custard. Both dishes are luxurious and beautiful to look at (*ﾟ∀ﾟ*) Both dishes are elegant and seasoned to bring out the flavors of the ingredients, especially when cooked together. Did you cook it with only dashi soup? The taste is like that of a Japanese restaurant where you can feel the sweetness of the ingredients ^ ^ They say Japanese food is subtractive, but it makes sense (^∇^) All the dishes were delicious. It was a very nice shop. The fig tempura and chawanmushi were very delicious, and whatever I eat is delicious. If Midorikawa-sama is a horigotatsu, there is nothing to say. Thank you very much.
