Okayama, Japan｜Suwaki Kōraku Chūkasoba

I went to Niwase store two days ago. I was satisfied with my first experience at Suwaki Koraku, so I stopped by the Fujita store today. The most popular menu is soy sauce ramen + set gyoza for 1,210 yen.The umami soy sauce ramen I had at the Niwase branch was a little more delicious. The umami soy sauce ramen had plenty of back fat, but the soy sauce ramen had no back fat. The char siu also seemed to be more delicious at Niwase. That being said, it was quite delicious this time as well. I feel like I can't admire Okayama Ramen. Oh yeah, the gyoza was also very delicious.

I don't think I'm the only one who thinks of "Suwaki Koraku Chuka Soba" when I hear "Okayama" and "Chuka Soba"😊 I like both noodles and soup, but I also like the lighter flavor of char siu with all the excess fat removed, without the unpleasant feeling of animal protein that lingers in your mouth after eating. This was my first time at the Fujita store, and the road in front of it was pitch black at night, so the store stood out well.

Soul food of Okayama Prefecture people who go around all over the place but always come back here. We recommend the umami soy sauce ramen (strong flavor, lots of fat, and seasoned egg topping). There is also a tatami room, so you can bring your children!
