Showa! wonderful! When I sat at the counter, I was glad to see that each cup was carefully prepared ☺︎ I ordered "Tempura Udon" and "Konbu" The soup stock is thick and I like it! In the reviews, everyone said that the noodles were chewy, but I felt like they weren't chewy ☺︎ but that's what I like ☺︎ Hand-made old-fashioned extra-thick noodles! Hmmm delicious! Everyone often ordered nabeyaki udon, so next time I go, I'll definitely try it!
