I made a weekday lunch reservation with "Omakase" The private Japanese-style room was quite spacious and relaxing. It was quiet so there didn't seem to be any other customers. I use Iyubasho at dinner parties with people I want to talk with. Because it's a private, homely room, you can talk to your heart's content even if you don't want others to hear. My favorite dishes are fried chicken and stew with motsu. Fried chicken is breast meat, but it's very soft and juicy! Motsu stew is the best because the meat is soft and smooth. The beer goes well. From the outside, it looks like a normal corporation, so until you enter, you're like, "Huh?", but once you step inside, you can choose between a Japanese-style room or a Western-style room, and it's fun. At offline meetings where there are a lot of people, groups naturally form and we are divided into three rooms and have fun talking about what we want. I don't think there is any other store that offers so much freedom. The coffee that comes out casually is also good. They are particular about the beans they use, and offer freshly ground beans.
