Noodles that are refreshing but chewy. Is delicious.

Good soup taste! The dried bonito flakes did a good job. The chopped green onions are not processed, so they have a nice aroma and are delicious! ! I had Tsukimi Udon and Salmon Onigiri.

The chewy udon and the bukkake soup stock are exquisite! ️
