When I was heading to Hiroshima prefecture by bike from Kansai via Wake town, just going downhill, I found this store on the route indicated by Google Maps. After eating udon in Wakecho, I suddenly wanted some dessert, so I made a U-turn at the intersection ahead and stopped by. Is this pancake? And eating less? I was surprised by the non-meal type pancakes, which were a nice size for me. The combination of plenty of fresh cream and brightly colored fruits is gorgeous. The conversation with the female pastry chef at the counter was fun, and the hour flew by.

This is an old private house restaurant that I rented a car from Okayama Airport when I visited Okayama on a business trip. Please be aware that it is located in a place where you will pass almost 100% of the time unless you are aiming to visit. As for the food, the taste was undeniably excellent. This time, I combined the special set (soup, salad, appetizer, rice, dessert, drink) with the blackboard menu of the day, and it was the best set with plenty of satisfaction. The blackboard menu for that day was the original hamburg steak with demi-glace sauce and fried shrimp with soy milk tartar sauce, but it was a super-excellent menu that you can't easily eat even in Tokyo. Soymilk tartar sauce is healthy and has a richness. This is an old private house restaurant that I rented a car from Okayama Airport when I visited Okayama. Soy milk tartar sauce is healthy but has a richness, and I personally liked it more than ordinary tartar sauce. The soup was similar to the Filipino Sinigang soup with the tamarind removed, or the Thai Tom Yum soup without the sourness of the tamarind. The salad was also a little fancy, but when I ate it with the original tropical (?) dressing, it was also excellent. The taste of the modest dressing complemented the deliciousness of the vegetables. The main dish hamburger and fried shrimp were very delicious with a handmade feeling. When I go to lunch in Tokyo and say fried shrimp and hamburger, it's a representative of the main dish that doesn't look very good, and I have a strong impression that it's just warmed up frozen food purchased from either company, but this lunch These menus were carefully made and very delicious, and I had a good impression. The edible flowers were beautifully presented, and the large plates were garnished with various vegetables. On this day, I changed the set drink to a smoothie with the option of plus 100 yen. The smoothie of the day was a combination of persimmon, avocado, green vegetables, tomato and honey. Anyway, I was very satisfied with the atmosphere and the taste of the food at this country restaurant called Mint. I would like to visit this restaurant again if I have the opportunity to rent a car at Okayama Airport.

Stopped in passing by and it was a great restaurant. I think it is a very rare experience to be able to enjoy authentic cuisine without being overwhelmed. I ordered a course, but everything from appetizers to desserts was wonderful and delicious.
