I went to a soba restaurant near Shin-Kurashiki Station. I ordered coarsely ground 100% handmade soba ``Edo and Countryside Soba Tasting Comparison'' and Sakura shrimp tempura.The soba noodles were sprinkled with buckwheat berries.Although the soba was delicious on its own, it was even more delicious when eaten with the berries. It felt great.

The taste and aroma of soba are good, and the volume is delicious.
