This is a shop I always stop by when I go to Okayama. Everything is exquisite, especially the ``Thickly Sliced ​​Char Siu''. The Chinese noodles are also available for take-out, making them perfect as souvenirs.

I received a ramen set that came with a mini sauce cutlet bowl. It's been a while since I ate it, but it was delicious. It's not the store that appeared on Matsuko's program, but I wonder if the number of customers is increasing because of this noren-ware store. There was a short waiting list at lunch time.

A ramen shop in Okayama that has been in business for a long time. The sweet char siu has a strong odor, so it seems that everyone has different tastes, but the soup is definitely delicious. I was very satisfied with the fried dumplings.
