Michelin plate, 1st place at Okayama Ramen Expo 🍜 Isshoan's third store. Lines are common at the main store, Seiten Yagura, during lunchtime. This place is easily accessible by car and can be visited while shopping. You can eat delicious ramen 🍜 even with kids 😋 The food court is large and clean. Today's Chinese soba salt (medium) and mackerel rice set The alarm goes off in about 10 minutes and I go to pick it up. Take the astragalus and hash and add spices to your liking at the seasoning corner 🧂. The carefully extracted amber soup is delicious😋 The grilled pork is also soft and delicious 😋 Mackerel rice is served with slightly grilled mackerel on top of vinegared rice. The mackerel has plenty of fat, so wasabi goes well with it 👍 If you want to eat Isshoan's normal ramen, this is the place for you. For adult men, the ramen level might be a bit unsatisfying. Also, if you look at the food court, the prices seem high...

I ate chicken Chinese noodles with raw soy sauce (800 yen). (Topping is default) The ratio of soup, noodles, and ingredients is exquisite. Isshoan's children's set is 500 yen.
