Okayama, Japan｜Kanagawa SAKAGURA

It has been a long time since I've been to a Japanese style joint. The place is well maintained, spacious private room with great service. The food is delicious and dessert is awesome. I got the wasabi ice cream...Yummy!! They serve fried shrimp (huge!!) , fried pork, karaage, etc and udon (of course). Great place. will be back I'm sure.

The fried chicken set meal is a fried chicken thigh, juicy on the inside and crispy on the outside. The price was 770 yen, and it came with 5 or 6 large pieces of fried chicken, and I was full. It also came with boiled chikuwa, soup, pickles and rice. My friend had a sushi tempura set meal, which was 1080 yen for 6 pieces of sushi and 4 types of tempura, and seemed satisfied. The inside of the store is made of wood, partly because it is a sake brewery, and it is a stylish and comfortable space. There was also a little souvenir space near the entrance.

Even though it was reasonably priced, it was very delicious. I want to go again.
