I was looking for a horumon udon restaurant in Okayama and found this place, so I stopped by. I didn't like the hormone udon because the sauce was sweet. This restaurant had a slightly dry and gentle taste✨It was the taste I liked. I was grateful that the miso soup had yuzu as a secret ingredient and was refreshing. It was also great that they had non-alcoholic beer! This time I made 2 balls and it was just right. One ball may not be enough for men. I was moved to tears when I saw my grandma baking all by herself😢 Thank you for your patience. Thank you for the meal. It was really delicious. I'll go again.

The atmosphere of the restaurant is like an old-fashioned Japanese diner, with a calm atmosphere. The staff are also kind and will guide you around the store and explain the menu. The store is easy to visit as there is a parking lot and it is easily accessible by car. The price was reasonable and I felt it was good value for money. I don't know about other Tsuyama horumon udon, but the texture of the udon was just right, and the balance between the horumon's oil and sauce was also good. The miso soup with the scent of yuzu was also a good palate cleanser. There were only 5 seats on the iron plate, and there were a lot of customers, so I asked them to go to the back. We can accommodate about 10 people. It was delicious.
