First, make the soup without melting the akadama. Yes, it's delicious. It's my favorite flavor. The noodles are extremely thin. The menma is delicious and not smelly. The chashu is also well made, not greasy or dry. I think the quality is pretty good overall. I want to repeat it as soon as possible. I was warned that it was difficult to tell from the outside whether the store was open or not because it had no curtains or not.

It's been a while since I last bothered you. As mentioned in other posts, the noodles are thin and go well with soy sauce, salt, miso, or tonkotsu soups. You can also get substitute balls, so I would like to use that next time. The small fried rice that came with the set had plenty of shrimp in it and was delicious.
