I had the Hosui set meal. The sashimi was thick and fresh, the tempura was crispy, and there were 3 small bowls, so I thought it would be nice to eat various things. The miso soup was rich in fish stock. Refills of rice are free, Japanese sweets and coffee are included in the dessert, and 1650 yen including consumption tax is good value for money, and everything was delicious.

Saturday, October 7, 2023 First visit in a while. Today, I received the standard ``Hosui set meal'' for 1,500 yen (excluding tax). I’m full👍😊 *It's the same at all stores, but the prices have increased slightly⤴️.

I visited for lunch. The inside of the restaurant is surprisingly large, with 8 tables and 32 seats. I ordered the sashimi set meal, kanpachi, mackerel, red shrimp, squid, and sea bream, all of which were thickly sliced ​​and extremely fresh (๑ >◡<๑) Kanpachi is plump, the sea bream is crunchy, maybe Monko Squid? This one is chewy ^ ^ The sashimi soy sauce is sweet and delicious, and the others are okra with sesame, dried daikon radish, somen, mustard greens, and steamed egg custard, freshly steamed ^ ^ I'm full after getting a second helping of rice, and it also comes with self-serve coffee. I'm very satisfied with the price, thank you for the meal (^o^)
