A certain famous store in Tsuyama was temporarily closed, so I went to Homse to kill some time. A shop I’ve been interested in for a while✌️ Even when I arrived at 11:00 on a weekday, the store was already full🈵 People are lining up outside the store. I have no choice but to write my name in the binder and wait. Occasionally, a staff member will come to the front of the store and take orders one by one, so you won't have to waste much time. It took about 30 minutes to get to the store. This time I ordered Negi Chinese 🍜 (regular noodles) 😎 The soup is rich and delicious😋 Scrape through the green onions and lift the noodles. The noodles were piping hot because they were covered in green onions. Noodles mixed with soup and green onions are good👍😋 Green onions have no odor and are sweet. The crunchy texture is E👍😎 If you sprinkle some pepper for a different taste, it will tighten up the flavor and be delicious 😋 As the restaurant is famous for green onion Chinese food, the green onions are carefully cut into small pieces👏 (Shops are often connected with green onions...) The classic Chinese noodles eaten in northern Okayama Prefecture. There are few seats, so you will have to wait a while. The noodles are boiled hard by default, so there is no need to order hard noodles.

This is a famous Chinese soba restaurant located in a location that is a little difficult to access. It was attractive that green onion Chinese was published in a local magazine. When I ordered from Balikata, I enjoyed the popping feeling of the noodles. I didn't know because it was my first visit, but the char siu was excellent. It was a char siu with a rich flavor that was also greasy and scorched. The problem is that the green onions get stuck in your teeth, but it was delicious anyway. Also, the clerk's customer service was so polite that I couldn't believe it was a popular store. I think 6 ⭐︎ is appropriate, including the customer service of the clerk. It was a really good shop.
