Starting this season, they closed down the karaoke shop next door and turned it into an okonomiyaki restaurant, so it's getting bigger. The current location is now a waiting area. Take the order tag hanging next to the table to the counter and place your order. Most people order kakioko, but the oyster bowl is also something to behold. The rice goes well with an indescribable sauce. It contains about 20 plump oysters. Contains over 30 kakioko. It's irresistible for oyster lovers. The oyster tsukudani is also highly recommended. I am a former Hiroshima resident, but this restaurant's oysters are my favorite. Many people come from far away on tours. This is a store that I can personally recommend.

I always go to Mushiaki's Okonomiyaki Mikasa every year during oyster season. This restaurant is run by a family of fishermen, so the freshness and quantity of oysters are outstanding. Immediately after getting off at Mushiaki IC on the Okayama Blue Line. The parking lot in front of the store is narrow, so it would be better if there was a larger parking lot across the road. This season is open until April 2nd.

If it's crowded, you may have to wait quite a while, but on this day I was the second person to hand over the bill, so it came out immediately. If you think that the special includes soba noodles and everything, it is a version with a large oyster ball, so if you want to eat squid, you should order a mix. It was a delicious okonomiyaki with a lot of oysters! Oysters were delicious with ponzu sauce. Tsukudani also works well with ginger, and it goes well with rice, and it's also good for sake. When I'm busy, I wonder if my husband and I can do it together... On this day, it was just my aunt, but she was very efficient and I felt very good! Water is self-serve! I was able to fully enjoy the delicious okonomiyaki without having to go out of my way to eat at Hinase☺️
