Ikkyuyaki has okonomiyaki wrapped in nori, and looks like a thick sushi roll, but the soft dough is wrapped tightly, and the scent of the nori is well complemented by the aroma of the sauce, making it delicious. Modern Hiroshimayaki is Hiroshimayaki with Chinese noodles and is hearty. It contains plenty of vegetables such as cabbage and bean sprouts, so it was surprisingly refreshing and I was able to eat a lot. Sauce, mayonnaise, green onions, pickled ginger, etc. are set out on the table, so you can add whatever you like and in the amount you like. There are other menu items such as yakisoba and sobameshi, which I would like to try next time.

The Hiroshima-style okonomiyaki is full of volume, the yakisoba, pork, and cabbage are well balanced, the ingredients are good, and the customer service is bright and lively.

Ikkyuyaki and sobameshi were delicious! It was good that there was a parking lot in front of Wake Station. I was able to take out, so I bought Ikkyu-yaki as a souvenir and went home. Takeout bags are charged, so next time I would like to bring a bag!
