More Comments at Google MapA long-established store of Hinase's famous kakioko 🦪. This time (September) is not the season, so I was able to enter the store without lining up. The oysters are frozen, but they are delicious enough. During the raw oyster season, people start lining up around 8:00 in the morning. The shop has two table seats and a counter around it, so it's not that big, but the customer service is friendly, saying, "Sit slowly." The lady who loves to talk and has a good personality cooks okonomiyaki skillfully. Many shops are closed at this time of year, but I am happy to see that they are open from the morning.
2020.2.11 I've been wanting to eat Hinase's oysters for a long time, and I finally got to try them. When I arrived at the store around 9:30 and was thinking of waiting until the store opened, the lady who put out the goodwill kindly let me in. After that, customers came one after another and the place was full at around 9:40. It seems that the store may open early on holidays. I asked for 800 yen breast grill and 1100 yen kakioko. The large oysters that became cold and fat were very delicious. The oysters and green onions are grilled with soy sauce, so the oysters are light and you can really taste the umami. The kakioko had the aroma and taste of the sauce and was also delicious. The aunties were also kind and warm. I finished eating in no time and left the store after 10:00. After that, after walking around the area for a while and returning, after 30 minutes there was a line of about 15 people (^ _ ^;) On holidays during the season, it seems better to skip breakfast and come early. Thank you for the meal. It was delicious (^_^) I will come to eat again.
This is the shop I finally found after searching for the famous kakioko. The day I went was the Tuesday after the holidays, and many of the famous shops were closed, so I finally found it. It wasn't very spacious inside, so I had to wait for a while...but the staff was very friendly, and the oysters that came out were very delicious, so I was really glad I chose this place. I was planning to eat kakioko, but when I heard that they had kakioko and oyster modern, I was really hungry, so I decided on the modern, which seemed to have more volume. The oysters are so big, there are so many in them that I can't count them, they're piping hot and delicious~😂 It was a cold day so it warmed me up a lot 🤫 I would like to visit this store next time ✨
