Tsuyama, Okayama, Japan｜Tsukutsku Boshi

I happened to go in with no expectations, but it was really delicious! It's so good that I'd go there if it was nearby. The takoyaki in particular is crunchy on the outside and melty on the inside, and to be honest, when I lived in Osaka, I ate a lot of takoyaki, but I thought the ones here were delicious. The downside may be that it takes a long time, but it's worth the wait. it's recommended

Both the okonomiyaki and takoyaki were grilled by the staff at the restaurant and were very delicious. The takoyaki in particular is crispy on the outside and soft and fluffy on the inside, so be careful not to get burned as it's piping hot, but it's absolutely delicious. There were many set meals and a la carte menus, so I wanted to go again.

The Tonpeiyaki here is the best! Daisen chicken teppanyaki and everything else is delicious❗I haven't eaten okonomiyaki anywhere else recently.
