Although it was the off-season for oysters, I visited on a cycling trip. It had a distinct salty flavor and was delicious, so I ate it up. Also, I personally think it's important to get used to cooking a lot of okonomiyaki every day, and I really felt that way when I ate it. My hometown is not famous for flour products at all, but the long-established shops in town that serve waiters every day are much tastier than the ones in the bad Kansai restaurants, and I think the flour food is grilled in real numbers and is a popular dish. Although it was off-season, it was really delicious. A friend of mine from Okayama said that it's different between off and on, so I'm thinking of going back once the season starts. Payment is by cash only.

Okonomiyaki filled with plump oysters Kakioko rice cake with rock salt is so delicious. The oyster green onions in special soy sauce and egg oysters in olive oil are also delicious. It was also delicious when eaten with olive oil and rock salt. Okonomiyaki is fluffy. Tamagaki is fluffy with eggs and oysters. There is volume. 3 pieces of okonomiyaki was just right for 4 adults. I stopped by for lunch on a Saturday, but there was a wait of over an hour for food and drink inside. I took it out and had it at the nearest sea station. Fill out the reception form and order form inside the store and wait. There is a separate order form for takeout, so I handed it to the staff. Many people waited in their cars as they would be contacted by phone when it was their turn. Please note that the parking lot is limited and the road in front is narrow. I think it's easier to park in the parking lot on the Lawson side.
