More Comments at Google MapGreat handmade udon in this little family business. I had the cold udon. I tasted the dashi and it was good.
I ate chilled grated yam bukkake😋 It was chewy and had a strong taste, and it was delicious."(๑´ㅂ`๑)" Noodles that are not to the extent that you can't finish chewing, but are quite chewy The flavor of the soup is good, and the condiments go well with seaweed. It was very delicious find time to go again
Around 11 o'clock, I was hungry and entered the store. I have a customer at that point. How many customers are there in front of you? ! I ordered the amount of takeaway I think. I bought meat udon and eggplant tempura (´▽`).The udon is soaked in hot water and warmed up (up to 2 spoons of green onions!). Put tenkasu and green onions on warm udon noodles and pour your own dashi stock. Oh, I should have poured the dashi stock and put the tenkasu on top...the tenkasu wouldn't be crispy...I thought, but the tenkasu was crispy for a while. Amazing ( ´ ▽ ` ) It has a chewy texture that you wouldn't expect from boiled noodles. And the dashi soup is piping hot. The meat served separately is also hot (´▽`)Is the soup stock a little thick? I thought, but it seems that the salt content is less because it does not dry my throat. I really like this dashi soup and the chewiness of the udon. I was satisfied with the long-awaited photo of the god of udon noodles ( ´ ▽ ` ) And do you know everyone? On the receipt, it says, ``I hope you all have a happy day today.'' If you wrote such a thing, it would be 5 stars!
