I had heard that it was limited to 20 meals, so I had to go early to eat it, so I went there 30 minutes before opening and was able to taste two types of soba: Mogami Wase from Shinjo, Yamagata Prefecture and Soba Inaka from Ishikari-Numata, Hokkaido. I was able to. Both soba noodles had a good flavor, aroma, and smoothness, and were extremely delicious. It's quite far from home, but it's a soba restaurant that makes you want to come again.
